How do I return my Order?

Returning an item to WallArtCanvas is simple. Just follow the steps below:

1. Check Eligibility

Before starting a return, please make sure your item meets our return conditions:

  • The item is damaged, defective, or incorrect, or
  • The return request is made within 14 days of delivery

Please note: Digital downloads and personalized items are not eligible for returns.


2. Contact Us

Email us at info@wallartcanvas.co with the following details:

  • Your order number
  • A brief description of the issue
  • Clear photos of the item (if damaged or incorrect)

Our support team will review your request and respond within 1–2 business days.


3. Get Return Instructions

If your return is approved, we will provide:

  • The return address
  • Instructions on how to ship your item

Do not send items back without approval, as they may not be accepted.


4. Ship the Item

  • Pack the item securely to avoid damage during transit
  • Use a trackable shipping method whenever possible

Customers may be responsible for return shipping costs unless the item is faulty or incorrect.


5. Receive Your Refund or Replacement

Once we receive and inspect your item:
